7 macOS pranks you have to try on your coworkers:
Prank 1/7:
Change function keys
- Open System Settings
- Search for "modifier" and click on "Customize modifier keys"
- Switch out Command (⌘) + Control (⌃) keys with each other
Prank 2/7:
Rotate screen
- Open System Settings
- Click on Displays while holding down Option (⌥)
- Under Rotation select 90°, 180° or 270°
Prank 3/7:
Add an alternative stylesheet to the browser
- Set up a custom CSS file with some fun rules. (Tip: search for @twholman and fun.css for good ideas)
- Add it to Safari by going to Safari > Settings > Advanced
- Select your stylesheet under "Style sheet"
Prank 4/7:
Enlarge the cursor
- Open System Settings
- Search for "pointer size"
- Drag the slider for "Pointer size" to Large
Prank 5/7:
Play an annoying video each restart
- Open System Settings
- Search for "Open at Login"
- Add Safari to Open at Login.
- Open Safari
- Go to Safari > Settings
- Add an annoying video (Rickroll?) as the Homepage
Prank 6/7:
Invert colors on the display
- Open System Settings
- Search for "Invert colors"
- Turn on "Invert Colors"
Prank 7/7:
Change the icons of common programs
- Open the Applications folder
- Highlight two programs
- Press Command + I
- Click the icon you want to copy (it should have a blue outline)
- Press Command + C
- Click the other icon and press Command+V to set the icon
